I could tell you about how passionate I am, all the opportunities I've had and the achievements I've reached (they're further down the page if you want them), but It's not about what I've done, it's about how I conceptualise my knowledge and experience to achieve results for you and your organisation, today.
I have had the privilege to hold various positions across different industries, including finance, insurance, airline, hospitality, public service and not-for-profit.
The knowledge and experience I've gained across these industries regarding human behaviour, professional performance and operational strategy is invaluable. I use this knowledge to enhance people's performance and improve business operations through investigation, research and knowing your business functions better.
